The Space Size & Layout: Open-concept studio with two garage doors and wall of windows. Ideal for fitness, gatherings, photography, and film. Lighting: Natural light plus adjustable dimmable overhead lighting. Amenities: High-quality sound system, entryway cubby storage for shoes and personal items, private bathroom, yoga props (mats, blankets, blocks). 25 folding chairs and five 6" folding tables are available for rent at an additional fee (please message for quote). Capacity: Fits 20 students comfortably for a mat based fitness class; up to 40 people for a standing room only event.
