Whether you are hosting a workshop, producing a photoshoot, filming content, or leading a collaborative session, our open-concept layout offers the flexibility to bring your vision to life. The studio features expansive open floor space, comfortable vintage and boho-inspired furnishings, and access to high-quality sound and lighting equipment to support your production needs. Natural light fills the space throughout the day through two large windows, beautifully complementing the exposed brick walls and clean white walls. This mix of textures makes it easy to create a range of visual styles. Seamless paper backdrops are available for an additional fee to elevate your setup. For added convenience, the space includes: • A fully functioning kitchen • A full bathroom with both bathtub and shower Easy Access If you are driving, parking is available one block away at the Stockyards Shopping Centre, with additional street parking on McCormack directly across the street. If you are taking public transit, the 89 bus stops right outside the building, and the St. Clair streetcar is just two blocks south, making the studio easily accessible for you and your guests.
