About the Space

We have built a creator space to support freelance artists, provide opportunities to collaborate, and facilitate a sustainable network of dedicated talent. You may consider yourself a jack-of-all-trades, but here, you don’t have to be. If you were going to build a house, you would need to hire a property dealer, architect, civil engineer, contractor, carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, landscaper, etc. Well then, why should a copywriter have to learn sales, marketing, design, SEO, social media, and video production just to make a living? Our goal is to develop a core group of subject matter experts and build an “Art House.” – Then your parents can live in YOUR basement! IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO CREATE GOOD CONTENT. If you think you would be a good fit, we are offering memberships to motivated freelance artists who are passionate about their expertise. All memberships include rental credits for any of our rental spaces, and optional storage or dedicated desk space. There is limited availability, so please contact us. MEMBERSHIPS Daily – This membership offers you access to the collaborative space (4) days a month, accessible during normal business hours. And you get (4) rental credits per month – $200/month Weekly – This membership offers access to the collaborative space (8) days a month, accessible during normal business hours. And you get (8) rental credits per month. This package includes a 25% discount on the purchase of additional rental credits – $250/month Monthly – This membership offers unlimited access to the collaborative space. And you get (16) rental credits per month. This package includes a 50% discount on the purchase of additional rental credits – $300/month WORKSTATION/STORAGE Personal Desk – 6 ft x 6 ft mid-height cubicle workstation. Each workstation has a dedicated outlet, and a lockable three drawer filing cabinet – $200/month Shelf – 4W x 2D x 6H storage shelf located in a locked room – $25/month Locker – 2W x 2D x 6H opaque storage locker adds additional security for your more valuable equipment. Also located in a locked room – $25/month *Rental Credits are worth $25. Unused rental credits can carry over one month, and then they expire. Rental credits are non-transferrable. All “credit rentals” must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Special requests will be permitted if it is approved by the studio manager.
