About the Space

Building #1: 50' X 75' (3750 s.f.) Morton Metal Building with finished walls and ceiling with a dirt floor, this space is climate controlled. This building has a metal roof, with a pedestrian door and 3 (10' Tall X 14' Wide) overhead doors on the front and 1 (8' Tall X 10' Wide) overhead door on the back. Behind the building is a fenced grassy area that is approximately 1 acre in size and is accessed thru the building or by gates on either side of the building - this exterior grassy area also features floodlights. The building is well lit. There are also floodlights for the Building #2: Features six horse stalls, tack room, wash rack and a utility/tool room. There is a center aisle that is used to access everything in the building with 2 stalls open to the outside. The barn also features hot/cold running water and laundry facilities. We also have a fenced round ring, porta potty and loads of parking. Our location also has trails that gives you access to wetlands, a stream and the South Yadkin River. We offer potential access to over 47 acres of land. This property has been used as a wedding venue with a large tent set-up in the large grassy area behind the barn. This property was/is being used as a dog training facility - we have no dogs on-site but do have agility equipment for that purpose by arrangement.
