OUTDOOR VENUE: Country Road take me home. Step back in time to days gone by. This scenic property has been part of our family for more than 200 years. This beautiful rural pasture is located 38km west of Sydney, just 500m south of Highway 4. Enjoy 2.4 acres of cleared farmland, rolling hills and views of the highest points of Cape Breton south of Bras D’Or. Beautiful sunrises and mist covered mornings, wildflowers, and a small brook are featured. The fall colors are amongst the most stunning found anywhere in the world. The property offers many possibilities for film production and photography, and as an outdoor venue suitable to host events that could include concert festivals. Design to suit. As a temporary concert venue, for example, the site provides adequate space for a festival setting that could include a soundstage, parking, guest camping, vendor/refreshment tents, and portable washrooms. Lot is currently un-serviced (electricity, water, sewage.) Our rates are illustrative and negotiable. Owner will consider revenue sharing or investment opportunities with Renters who are owner operators. Reclamation and any permits are the responsibility of the Renter.
