It is a lakefront 50 acre estate complete with resort style backyard, gazebo, 1930s movie theater, coffered ceilings, two kitchens, high ceilings, wood panel library, wood paneled living room, hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, chandeliers and formal dining room. Located on top of the property and looking over Lake Pelham as well as the Blue Ridge Mountains. This is an isolated location with a very large home including 2500 square-foot empty walk out basement. Beautifully appointed with different looks and two very large front and back brick decks.
