The grounds also has an RV slab and connection so you can easily hook up any RV to use for your talent/crew. The grounds in the back of the house to the lake have 7 acres in-between. The private lake is 2.75 acres and the forest is approximately 7.5 acres and there are 2 creeks that run through the grounds. We have breathtaking sunsets (look at pictures) with amazing weather in wonderful Middle Georgia where you can enjoy all seasons. There are many mature trees on the grounds as well. There is a wonderful chicken coop and attached old rickety barn that can be filmed for a "farm style" shoot or a "scary show/movie shoot". The house itself is a charming, beautiful country brick house with a chimney and has 3 levels. The basement is still under construction (great for "construction shoots") and the main level boasts a spacious living area, kitchen and dining room for terrific indoor shots. The balcony overlooking the backyard (facing west) is HUGE with many views of the chicken coop, 3-car garage, beautiful lake and forest. There are nearby parks and a nearby public lake with beach and boat access. Downton Macon GA is only 20 minutes away. Words can't describe everything this property has to offer!
