The house was built in 1942. A small but cozy home in the San Fernando Valley on a quiet cup Dr sac. The house is a lived in cottage like home set in off the street. Recently painted 4/2024

Kitty was very kind and accommodating. When we accidentally broke a glass candle holder, she did not freak out. She just wanted to be sure we'd gotten what we needed -- which we did.
