Arts and Crafts detached home, located on the Scarborough Bluffs. overlooking Lake Ontario. It's located on a cul de sac so traffic is low volume. The space is a historic property on spacious grounds. Lots of original features. Charming and quaint feel that's cozy and homey. The furniture fits with the Arts and crafts décor. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. The sunroom is 40 feet wide and offers spectacular views of the lake and gardens. Perfect spot for all sorts of filming and production needs. Large lot with easy parking and room to run all of those cables. Production must agree to use professional cleaners to clean the property at the end of the shoot.
