About the Space

Hello! My home is a cosy little escape inspired by hotels around the world. While hotel themed locations might feel cold, my home has pops of my personality, infused with pop colours all around. It is a 4 room HDB apartment with a big living + dining + kitchen space, 1 study room and 1 guest bedroom available. Ample electrical points all around the flat. Unit on floor with lift landing. Multiple supermarkets and coffee shops right downstairs around the neighbourhood. Space outside unit for putting some equipment, but please ensure that it does not cause inconvenience to neighbours. This listing is primarily for photo/film/video shoots, and not for events. Open concept kitchen with fixed kitchen island and 4 bar stools. Round yellow dining table that sits 6-8. Curved ceiling corridor. Wooden vibes with colour pops. Study room. Guest bedroom. Max capacity of 16 pax. Master bedroom is out of bounds. Furniture can be moved around, but please ensure it goes back to it's original position after shoots! Will also appreciate anyone in here to be careful and take care of things :) After all this is a home! * Smoking is not allowed inside the house. * Do not use nails to hang props; please opt for wall-safe alternatives to avoid damage. * Return all items to their original positions and leave the space clean after each shoot. * Additional charges may apply for any damages. * Kindly inform me in advance if you need to move large or heavy furniture. * Site visit can be discussed, but is chargeable at $80 for 45 mins. Site visit will need to happen during weekdays 8.15am to 9am.
