This is a small warehouse style venue primarily used for finance, economic and real estate presentations with a classroom style setup and a buffet of warm food and cold drinks This space can accommodate up to 100 guests, depending on the room setup. Perfect for office parties, presentations, speaking engagements, classroom, web interviews/podcasts, large family gatherings or tutoring company space. 20 circular high tables will seat max 5 people each 30 total rectangular tables (as seen in the pictures "Classroom" style)
