About the Space

Our home is on a large corner lot with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We have 1/2 acre with bridal trail access. Our yard is tropical with a natural shape pool with a Baja step surrounded by palm trees. A focal point is an amazing outdoor kitchen with BBQ,green egg, 2 mini fridges and seating for 12! The yard has two large patios with tvs, lights, and outdoor fans. We have a fire pit with a custom flagstone seating wall/bench. Our lower yard is unfinished allowing for either filming or parking. Inside is a 2600 sq ft tri-level with one bedroom and bath downstairs and three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and shutters throughout. The master bedroom is large with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Downstairs, Vaulted ceilings and two exposed beams allow for a lot of good natural light inside. We are on a culdesac with street parking along the front and side of property.
