About the Space

Early Education Center/School in Westchester. Multiple classrooms for various age groups, as well as three playgrounds, industrial kitchen, offices, basketball court and garden. Large multipurpose room with sunny sweeping views of the Hudson River. Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, rather than a booking request. Film and Video productions (vs. still photography) incur additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $100/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $250/hr for film and video projects. Surcharge is based on the assumption of multiple scouts, heavier footprint, and wear & tear associated with these shoots. Additional costs: 1x $200 = Cleaning Fee 5x hourly fee = Security Deposit (5x hourly fee = ) This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Events and large impact network/commercial filming may incur additional cost based on people on property. We cannot apply discounts adjust the minimum hours required for booking. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and that all rules are followed. There is a 6 hour minimum, if you book for 3 hours, the fee is still for 6 hours. Even if you only need it for a short time, keep us up to date as to the timing of arrival/departure.
