About the Space

Sometimes described as the "James Bond House" by locals, this homes sits on a rock outcrop roughly 100 feet above the Puget Sound. It has a very unique 275-degree view of Samish Bay and the San Juan Islands, with the Olympic Mountains seen in the distance on a clear day. There is a small rock island that sits in front of the home and is accessible during low tide. The main living room has 14-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, with a grand piano. (There is an indoor lap pool, housed in a glass atrium, but it has not been used in quite awhile and would require maintenance to get it up and running again.)
