About the Space

Welcome to the historic Sizemore family dairy farm located in beautiful Little Wills Valley in Northeast Alabama! Established by my family as Clear Spring Dairy Farm in the early 1950s, this property has been inhabited by my family since the late 1800s. I am a 6th generation lover of this property! The Sizemore’s have had a presence in the valley since the 1830s moving from Duck Springs community into Little Wills Valley at our current location in the late 1800s. Family and local lore speaks of our clear, natural stream running through our property as a famous watering hole...a necessary overnight stop on the day long trip from Collinsville to Gadsden, Alabama. Travelers would rest here overnight and water their animals. Our natural spring has never run dry!! We have an amazing 6000 square foot vintage wooden cattle barn (interior and exterior available for bookings) smaller wooden calf barn (exterior only), authentic dairy barn painted in quintessential white and red (exterior only) complete with antique weather vanes and barn doors, an original weathered silo (exterior and interior) and loads of antique and new wooden fencing against a bucolic setting!
