About the Space
A private, fully equipped band rehearsal room in Redondo Beach, 15 minutes from LAX and a mile from the beach. Walk in and play: the room comes set up with a full PA, microphones and stands, monitors, a Tama drum kit, a Fender Deluxe Reverb guitar amp and a Fender Rumble bass amp. Gear can be moved aside for a cleaner backdrop. Easy load-in through a roll-up door. 500Mbps symmetrical fiber internet, ready for livestreams, remote interviews and broadcast crews. Great for music videos, performance content, podcasts and interviews, photo shoots and private jam sessions. You get the whole space: the 350 sq ft rehearsal room plus about 250 sq ft of lounge and entry lounge, free parking, Wi-Fi, water and coffee. The entire space has its own private entrance and is yours alone for your booking. Plus a private writing room with a production desk, studio monitors and a keyboard. A staff member meets first-time guests to walk you through the space.
