About the Space
Welcome to Three Oaks Estate in Encino, CA. A beautiful Classical / Contemporary Estate & Mansion! Three Oaks Estate consists of about 8,000 square feet, with a two story mansion and a very large resort style backyard that spans over half an acre. This estate has previously hosted President Ronald Reagan and the Prince of Qatar. Filming and events on the property have included most current A-list celebrities. Key Features: - 33 foot ceiling in the grand entry/foyer area with the double staircase. - Lots of parking inside the property that can even fit 18 wheeler production trucks. -Enough to park close to 20 cars & trucks. -Additional ample street parking available. - Large oak tree covering a koi pond. - Separate resort style pool & jacuzzi area - Very open space that will allow large camera moves, enough space for lighting equipment and even large techno cranes. - You can bring any furniture & production design that you wish (the furniture in the photos is only for reference and it changes sometimes so please check). The first floor features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, family room, formal living room, and large foyer. Lots of very bright natural lighting due to all the large windows and glass French doors. The entrance has beautiful marble floors, very tall 33 foot cathedral ceiling, and double staircase. *Please read the rates carefully. They are based on the total number of guests for the reservation.* Reservations over 60 people are subject to special rates based on the number of people and type of event. Please include the total number of expected attendees when inquiring about the property. We do not accept overnight stays.

One of the most unique properties in Los Angeles! I work as a location scout and visit hundreds of locations around town each month. I set up this property for a client Wedding and Wedding Photoshoot. The husband and wife absolutely loved every single varied area around the entirety of the property. The beauty and location is timeless. The photos will look incredible even in 30 years from now. A lot of the modern mansions miss the charm and warmth that comes only in few special locations. This is that place. Big thank you to the host for the great experience, support and always being there to help figure out anything that came up.

The house was even more stunning in person and David was charming, helpful, and communicative. We loved the location, really a place to see and adds a ton to the visuals. We had a great, stress free shoot. I couldn't recommend this any more!

WOWW! This place is mind blowing. Such a beautiful location, almost perfectly built to be a film set. It's got some sort of a very magical feel to the whole place and just looks great in every shot and can be set dressed so many ways. Our director was very happy. Extremely large home with open floor plan allows lots of natural light that's easy to control and space for a very large crew. Lots of parking for production trucks. The only thing missing is if it only had an elevator up to the second floor but if you're not using the second floor (which is mostly just the bedrooms only) then it should be fine. And finally the service and host were really nice and very flexible with everything.
