Included is a large green space perfect for barbecues and picnics. Old Spanish California architecture layers the scene with Cypress and mature Eucalyptus trees. Some units available to film in. Outdoor space perfect for the arrival scenes and guest drama & interactions. Ideal location! Close to food, coffee and the famous Santa Cruz boardwalk trestles.
