One of the highlights is the opportunity to explore the cedar/pine forest on the private land and hike through it. It is a fantastic experience to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the tranquility it provides.
The property and its unique features are impressive. The majority of the buildings on the farm have been intact and restored, preserving their historical charm. The restoration of the barn into a space that harmonizes with nature.

Caledon ski, Mansfield is 30 min, Collingwood 1 hr North west weather permitted. SUV , CARS with SNOWS A MUST driveway clearing 48 to 72 hours after snow fall.
Water: water supply is spring fed on a large bored well . Excellent supply but please be conservative with water usage. The water well has a very good recovery rate. Septic tanks have its limits only toilet paper should be flushed.
No current livestock or horses are at the farm.
