Please book only after personally speaking with location owner to ensure availability as this is a private residence. There is a 12 hour minimum to account for your planning and setup time prior to your event's use, the event itself and the time to clean and place property back into the same condition as before use. Location can accommodate well over 100+ individuals for commercial film and television productions, series and formal special events. Rates are based on overall size and type of use. The initial rates listed on this site are tiered. The tiered rates shown start out for smaller events and step up for largter events. **Custom rates are available for productions that use our home venue more frequently and for very large events. *Discounts are provided for multi-day & longer term filming / television productions. Because this is a private formal residence -hotel accommodations are not generally offered. Producer or event coordinator would provide a copy of their own Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I.) showing both liability coverage and coverage for rented property of others to protect private owner resident during use. We are located less than 1 mile from proper downtown Orlando. Beautiful Lake and City views within easy walking distance to major entertainment such as the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, Orlando Symphony, Amway / KIA Arena for sports and concerts and large city parks. The property sits on just over 1/2 acre (3 city lots) on Lake Davis along a beautiful tree lined brick street with plenty of parking. The formal American Empire architecture designed by 2 well know architects in Washington DC and in Beverly Hills, FL. *Available separately from the main formal residence - is a 5 car garage with separate large Carriage Home apartment above the garage with 2 additional bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, gourmet kitchen, separate laundry room and 2 private very large covered balconies - should you need separate or additional room on site location for your talent, security or programing. The oversized 5 car garage could be used for equipment and extras during your filming or programing should you bring in supplemental A/C into garage. A few television broadcasting companies have cleared the huge garage to make into an on demand editing / op. room so their shows could air the same day. Ample on street parking along the brick streets for the largest of productions. The Production or Event will need to provide property owners a Certificate Of Insurance (COI) to protect property owners from both damage to contents and property and liability during use.
