Close to renovation of huge New a grocery store and condo developments. Across from triangular land used for dog walkers. Large backyard and detached garage ( no electric in garage yet). Large garage with attic space. House has attic space used for 1 bedroom ( preteen ) , Office and full bathroom. Large wall window cascading down wall with a serene view of the rain falling.
