City Lights Mulholland View Palms & Pool Sherman Oaks Spectacular view house, over-looking the entire valley. Close to Mulholland looking back over the valley view. Huge palms mark the edge of this property. The patio and grass lawn appears to suddenly drop, giving the impression of an infinity view of the valley. Incredible views both daytime, sunset. On the one side the view looks the 405, 101 and tower scraper buildings, giving a great city view, to the center and right the view is the rolling Hollywood hills and beyond to the entire valley. Inside the house the entire front is glass giving incredible views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Fairly stark modern furnishing inside, giving a modern view look or can decorate as you wish. Makes a great Hollywood movie star home look, or mogul office. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, piano area, large garage, very large open living room with glass front view, open view kitchen with glass view. Large lap pool with incredible views and lounge chairs can be easily dressed as a hotel pool. Patio has doubled as restaurant with a view, plenty of space for patio dining tables over-looking the city view so it makes a great romantic dinner setting. There are 5 very large palms that are lit in the evening and are spectacular. Because of the prominent lit palms, this home can easily be spotted from the 405 101 area, for a shot back at the house. Also will take small parties and events. Parking is limited, so valet for parties or car pooling for films is needed.
