A photo and video studio for rent in Hollywood, FL, 30 minutes from Miami and 15 from Fort Lauderdale: five ready-built sets on one open studio floor of about 807 sq ft under a 10-ft ceiling. Choose the look for your shoot: a dark Cinematic Lounge for podcasts and interviews, a bright White Living Room, a warm Good Vibes green wall, a Creator Lab YouTube desk or a Backdrop zone with black, white and green seamless rolls. Acoustic treatment around the seats keeps echo and air-conditioning noise out of your recording. THE FIVE SETS • Cinematic Lounge: two black leather armchairs, dark wood-panel wall, lit bookshelves and gobo light patterns, 500 W cinematic softboxes and warm LED lamps. Our most popular podcast and interview set. • White Living Room: white fireplace, bookshelves with decor, two floor lamps, cream bouclé chairs, a red velvet sofa and red carpet on request. LED strips run around the walls and take any color. Seats up to 5 speakers. • Good Vibes: a living green plant wall with wooden inserts and a height-adjustable wooden desk for seated or standing shots. Warm, soft light for online courses, coaching and talking head. • Creator Lab: a creator desk with an ON AIR light in front of a wall of photo and video gear, movable backdrops and repositionable lighting. Tech reviews, YouTube, unboxings, UGC ads. • Backdrop: three seamless rolls (black, white, green) that pull down to the floor for full-length portraits, studio strobes, an evenly lit green screen for chroma key. INCLUDED The room and cinematic softboxes on wall and ceiling arms, a TV on wheels for slides, a logo or a remote guest. The open floor can host up to 15 people for a shoot. Microphones are not included in the room rate. RECORDING SERVICE (add it to your booking by the hour) Our sound engineer with cameras, lighting and microphones records your podcast, interview or video, set up and run for you. Equipment is not rented separately: it comes only with the engineer.
