We are flexible and accommodating and want your shoot to be a success! We look forward to working with you. ************************ This 1400+ s.f. light-drenched home in the beautiful Midvale Estates neighborhood is the perfect flexible space with both modern accents and nods to the past. We've had the pleasure of hosting still and motion shoots for Amazon, Third Love, Nasty Gal, Society 6, The Doctors for CBS and other productions looking for a warm, modern, stylish environment. With mid-century modern and relaxed, bohemian decorative elements, it features a beautiful, light-drenched front living/sitting room with fireplace, 2 spacious bedrooms (one of which is set up as an office), 1 spacious bathroom, a cozy den with fireplace, a formal dining room, a sizable kitchen, gorgeous picture windows. It sits on an 8500 s.f. lot with a large grassy backyard, with patio lounge, fire pit and stock tank pool. Our 4+ car driveway makes load-in/load-out easy. Garage is not included in rental fee. Please inquire about use of garage for your project. Ample street parking out front and in the neighborhood (street cleaning restrictions from 12pm-2pm on alternating side of street Mondays and Tuesdays). This cozy charmer is a must-see!

What a perfect location to shoot at...with a perfect host! Robin was incredibly accommodating. I was in the need of a last minute location for a talk show shoot after losing two locations in one day! I reached out to Robin around 5 PM the night before an 8 AM call, and she agreed to host! Her home is beautiful and decorated with such thought to detail. You can tell that she worked hard on her home. There were about 15 people total at my shoot and there was enough room for all of us. Parking was not at all an issue and it was easy to load in gear. Robin herself was very easy to work with and not intrusive at all. She gave us space to work, but was not far if I ever had a question. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Location Rules

- Restroom use available for crews of 15 or less. Rented restrooms required for 16+ cast/crew.
- The scheduled event period includes setup and strike time. Overtime fees will apply beyond the designated event period.

- We require that equipment and crews stay and operate within the confinement of our property.
