About the Space

½ acre family home in upper middle class neighborhood. Backyard is very large and park-like, with grassy areas, planter beds, hedges, patio and tall pergola. Swimming pool has a waterfall. Small back house (2 rooms) can substitute as detached "mother-in-laws" house. Interior is brightly lit by many windows, and pale blue-green paint throughout. House also has very large enclosed patio area, with built-in BBQ and bar. Home was formally used as the "hero house" for the HBO+ televisions series "Generation," and was used extensively as the "party house." Most of the house used for this, both interior and exterior.
