A charming storybook private home located in the historic Beverly Fairfax neighborhood, steps from The Grove. The lot is over 7,000 sq feet, boasting a large 10 ft heated pool and Jacuzzi. The pool shares a large side yard, wood porch and covered outdoor seated area. There is also a detached garage with a couch, tables and chairs. There is 2,300 sq feet of living space which includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (extra charge to utilize all the bedrooms). Every room has tons of natural light. The large entertaining room has vaulted wood beam ceilings with a stone fireplace. This space is ideal for photo shoots, commercials, television and as a holding space for talent.
