About the Space

Allow our beautiful backyard to become your meeting oasis, production location, or event space. We have a massive 2 tiered property with over 2000 square feet of available outdoor space. The black and white Mediterranean style patio is approx 1000 square feet and the upper backyard is another 1000 square feet but instead of checkered cement it’s comprised lf lush greenery and trees! Our two back yard areas totally different vibes and types of spaces (regardless of their different vibes both are included in your rental)! Our backyard patio space is furnished with CB2 teak outdoor couches, a farmhouse style table from the 1880s, as well as an 8 person outdoor dining table. Our space is perfect for film shoots, photo shoots, meetings, dinner parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties or intimate film screenings (we can provide a projector and projector screen at additional cost)! We welcome you to bring your own furniture for film shoots (as long as you are very careful and bring furniture pads) to ensure our checkered patio floors don’t get scratched! One bathroom is available on site with a shower, sink, and toilet. Hosts will always be on-site while you’re here but we don’t hover. Security wise we have a 7 camera system to protect you (the guest) and us (the homeowners). If you have expensive gear it’s nice to know there’s always a camera keeping a watchful eye. We also have a front gate that locks if that makes you feel more comfortable during your shoot. Our home and backyard is in a private residential area of Highland Park on a cul-de-sac and street parking is always super easy (no restrictions on street). We do not require a permit to shoot at our home but you must have production insurance for any film shoots. Please feel free to inquire about anything else!
