About the Space

This open paved garden space is ideal for any event that requires open air and plenty of Brooklyn charm. The venue is located in the heart of the bustling Cobble Hill shopping district and easily accessed by the F or G train and a very affordable cab ride from lower Manhattan. There is an excellent restaurant a few doors down that can accommodate catering of any kind at a good price. The garden features a chalkboard wall for children's parties, as well as beautiful decorative features for more sophisticated affairs. Our space can normally accommodate 40 guests very comfortably and would include access to other areas of the building if more space was needed. However, due to the pandemic, we have temporarily lowered our maximum capacity to 25 to allow for social distancing. Guests will only be permitted indoors to shop or use the restroom and will be required to wear a face mask indoors at all times.
