Charming Vintage Mid Century Modern I love Lucy styled home

About the Space

This charming home was built in 1902. This was the first house built on our block so it is set back, it was built before the street was paved. A historical property that has retained the original hardwood flooring, picture rail, glass door knobs and crown molding. A workers cottage that we have preserved. We have removed most modern amenities and restored it back to a vintage feel and decorated in a vintage and mid century style. Most of the furniture in my home was inherited to me by my grandmother that she purchased in 1963. The dining room table is actually from the same assembly line as the Brady Brunch table! It is the same table and chairs. I reupholstered the chairs in orange to match the Brady Bunch Show and curtains to match because I love orange! The kitchen was gutted personally by me and my husband and rebuilt to be an I Love Lucy style kitchen by using resources from the Rebuilders exchange. The bathroom was also completely redone as well. We ripped out the 90s style bathroom and replaced the sink with a footed 1960s sink. Preserved the subway tiles from 1902. Rooms available are living room, dining room, bathroom, hallway, kitchen, my sewing room and an upstairs A-frame bedroom. I am still working on photos, the living room has not been uploaded yet. Access to the yard which has a fire pit, seating, a bird cage Victorian gazebo, and is fully landscaped with trees, bushes and flowers. Parking passes are included and will be provided.
