About the Space

Café, bistro & specialty food store located on a quiet residential street in Vancouver's charming Fairview neighbourhood. It is also located next to an intersection that has heavier foot and car traffic than the rest of the street. The exterior and interior of the space were designed to replicate the feel of a French-style café in Paris, complete with a striped awning and patio lights. The interior walls are white with the accent colour being a deep hunter green with gold finishes. Included inside the space is a seating area (5 tables with a chair/booth combination + a main larger table in the centre of the space), a cash area, a bakery display area, a hallway that leads to a bathroom as well as a kitchen. There is an additional storage space available in the basement of the location that can be locked.
