This 1795 Federal style home offers three stories of charm, history, and quietude. Perfectly sited along a peaceful walking road, with a beautiful pond and over 27 acres for exploring. Enter into the Gathering Room, and step back in time, with its wide board flooring, hand hewn beamed ceilings and the heart of this period home. The 2nd floor provides you with a large beamed Living Room w/a decorative fireplace, two intimate Bedrooms, and a Bath. The 3rd floor beamed garret is a romantic bleached white Master Bedroom w/decorative fireplace, and both East and West windows. Throughout this special antique home are very deep-set windows which invite the sun- and moonlight as well as provide lovely views of nature. We have a long driveway behind the property that can be used for parking. I also have a barn at the end of the long driveway that can be used as a staging area.
