Our charming 2400 sq ft, brick front center hall colonial on a 15,000 sq ft lot with a spacious floor plan is perfect for film, photo shoots and indoor parties. Crown molding in living room and dining room chair rail give the home a traditional charm. Cozy family room with recessed lighting and wood burning fireplace. Hardwood floors throughout and an abundance of natural lighting Updated eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances provides a view of the large level yard. The second floor features 4 bedrooms, (one currently used as a home office). 3 1/2 bathrooms including a gorgeous, updated master bath. The park-like backyard and large deck with outdoor seating and gas grill are ideal for outdoor events. A finished basement includes a bonus summer kitchen, exercise area and bath. The home is tastefully decorated.

Olive and Kirk were great hosts! Very nice, communicative, and accommodating. We rented their house for a film shoot and it went fabulously. We highly recommend them and their property.

Olive and her home were both amazing. From start to finish, she was very communicative and helpful ... and her home, garage and yard were absolutely perfect for our shoot. I would book again in a heartbeat!
