The kitchen is completely renovated with large center island. There is a full bath on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with walled mirror, perfect for makeup application. There is a front deck with outdoor furniture overlooking a large yard. The back offers a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor table. The house is very bright and airy. It is located down a private driveway with parking for 8 cars. The location is very quiet, perfect for shooting commercials.

Liz was amazing to work with, and the space was incredible and perfect for what we needed for our shoot. The neighbors were very accomodating as well. I would definitely rent this space again!
