About the Space

Very bright studio 1000 sq2 multipurpose space available to rent for: Photoshoots Film Select events Pop up shops Work shops Meetings *For small productions we offer 35% off 8 hour + bookings.* Surrounded with windows, the studio is very airy, bright and open. There is a common bathroom right as you enter the space. The top floor has the studio on the far end after the room divider and a real estate office behind two doors. Staging may vary in the studio. We are located in a heritage building with the original single pane windows from the 1950’s. Gorgeous and nostalgic, but our space does get cold/warm depending on the season. While we do our best to keep it comfortable in there with a heat pump/cooling system + other space heaters/AC units, the elements do affect the temperature in this unit. The 8 hour discount may be applied when the full amount of hours is booked on the same day versus eight hours in multiple bookings. The space currently is lightly furnished with antique chairs, some little wood shelves with a few props, a room divider/privacy screen, a queen size bed with linens, a few plants, an authentic vintage Persian rug and several different fabrics in various sizes. *When inquiring please include: Website/social platforms, What you will be using the space for, Genre of content being produced, Number of guests, That the Renter understands that adult/explicit content may not be produced at this studio and will be subject to legal action upon breach of this rule.* We appreciate you considering our creative space! :)
