A historic 1932 Spanish-style home with colorful interiors that lends itself to smaller photo shoots and film productions that call for a modest yet charismatic suburban setting. Additional features on the property include a half basketball/pickleball court, a vegetable garden, and chickens. Our Spanish revival 1932 home has a great view of the mountains facing east toward Mt. Wilson, tall beamed ceilings in the living room, nicely appointed, with a vegetable garden and chickens in the backyard. Renting the basketball court will give you access to all the facilities outside the house.
