Charming 1928 Spanish-style 1050 sq ft single-family residence set back on a 5000 square foot lot. Walk in the door to an open dining and living room area. Two bedrooms set off to the side down a hallway. Updated open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Dark hardwood floors in the living room and lighter vinyl plank wood floors in the bedrooms. Cozy setting with modern-inspired decor. The backyard offers a beautiful covered patio with a full set of outdoor furniture. A driveway runs from the front of the house (parking for 4 cars) to the back of the house (parking for 3 more cars + a detached garage that has been made into a hangout area.) The washer and dryer are also located in the garage. Plenty of space in the backyard driveway for a picnic table setting. Fruit and citrus trees make the backyard area very private. One full bath with tub/shower and a second 3/4 bathroom (toliet, sink and standing shower.)

The home was just as pictured/described. Laura was a great host. We had a little trouble with our posted parking, but her neighbors were all so incredibly kind and moved vehicles for us.
