Chanterelle Yurt is one of our newest and coziest hideaways—nestled deep in the woods with the gentle sound of a nearby creek creating the perfect natural soundtrack. Just steps from scenic creeks, a tranquil trout pond, and miles of easy hiking trails, guests can drive directly to the convenient parking spot near the yurt. Designed with families in mind, the yurt features a comfortable queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, along with soft carpeting, floor cushions, and a bedside table. Open the screened windows and overhead oculus to let in a breeze on warm summer nights, or light the cast-iron wood stove (firewood included) for a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere when it gets chilly. Linens—towels, pillows, sheets, and blankets—are provided for your stay, as well as firewood for both the stove and your private fire pit. A short walk leads to the shared bathhouse, complete with flush toilets, showers, sinks, and a stacking washer-dryer. Toilet paper, paper towels, and fresh bath towels are all included. Chanterelle also offers electricity to keep your devices charged and access to potable water via a nearby spigot and the bathhouse.
