Beautiful place and Shannon was a great host. Although we were 45 mins before our scheduled time (which we paid for), the house was far from ready to be hosting. The lawn was not taken care of so it was not as advertised from the listing pictures. Also, we paid for the bathroom access but weren’t aware it did not come with any items (toilet paper, soap, etc). Overall the event well great and the host was present but it could’ve been better prepared. Would still highly recommend this for anyone hosting a large event.

Lovely house, location, and host! Shannon was so great in making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect and memorable baby shower! He answered all my questions and answered promptly through email. I will definitely book again for any future events I may have. Highly recommend booking with him.

It had the perfect setup for the kind of vibe we were hoping for. The host was the best! He helped us with setup, made sure the place was clean for us and our guests, and very resourceful!
