About the Space

Former celebrity Marilyn Monroe residence and recording studio by 2X Grammy nominated music producer / engineer / songwriter Jon Brown. Featured in WSJ 2021 as a top 5 unique recording studios in US. This is a quiet, peaceful studio with TONS of light -- perfect for photography, behind the scene "in studio" interviews, product shoots, indoor / outdoor shots, writing sessions, recording vocals production, mixing, and mastering. I have updated the entire property with modern amenities. We have lots greenery, and are constantly updating the space. Terrific LED lighting for photoshoots (white walls), vintage and modern equipment. Great for podcasts, and long term lockouts as well. This full listing includes both recording studio and front house, 2000sq ft total + very large yard with shaded trees and garden. You may use studio for playback, and bring your own laptop/mic to plugin. If you would like to use our computer and instruments, you must bring your own engineer or use our in house engineer. This may cause your rate to adjust as well, depending on your project. Just reach out and I will work with you and help suggest a great solution for your project.
