A thousand square-foot open room with beautiful dark wood flooring, lots of natural lighting, a powerful 3 ton mini-split A/C, ceiling fans, fully adjustable smart lights, and 15 inch PA speakers with rich bass. This space is set up for contactless rentals - guests will have access to a guide for space amenities, and will receive a code to enter & lock up the space. There is also a kitchen area and ADA-compliant bathroom. Discount for regular bookings. Please note that this property also has an outdoor space which is available to rent separately. Both spaces share the front entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. If you'd like to rent out *both* the indoor and outdoor space, contact us and we'll send you the listing. If you are serving food or having a public event, you will need to rent both spaces.
