This house is a small one bedroom one bathroom with a sunroom. This house is small but mighty and has a million dollar view of the Chatsworth Nature Preserve. In the rural neighborhood of Lake Manor sitting on a quite private road. It can get hot during summer. There are window cooling units and a split unit in the bedroom. The temperature is best regulated when the door between the sunroom (TV/Entertainment room) and house is closed. We are surrounded by nature and you will hear the coyotes howling nightly and the birds chirping in the morning. You will be surrounded by lizards and depending on the season, wild frogs. Don’t be alarmed they are part of our large local ecosystem. The wildlife in Lake Manor, California, encompasses a variety of bird species like waterfowl, songbirds, and raptors. Common mammals include squirrels, rabbits, coyotes and possibly deer. The surrounding flora contributes to the ecosystem, creating a habitat for various species. Gorgeous natural rock formations and local hikes. We live in a rural area with a vast amounts of wildlife from frogs to coyotes. For movie production we have a production company across the street for any needs.
