This scenic 10 acre property has a 1970's bungalow house, which is set back approximately 100 meters from the roadway. Leading up to the house is a newly paved driveway that is lined with maple trees, with 2 acres of luscious green grass on one side and on the other side is a small soccer area with a regulation size net, large vegetable garden and fruit trees. In the backyard is a 40 by 20 in-ground salt water swimming pool, with a pool house, 7 person hot tub, trampoline and gazebo with seating for 8, with a propane fire pit table. The backyard is lined with stonework and perennial garden, and a wrap around deck. This property also has a 1970's barn, with a paddock, a shed, and 2 ponds. One pond contains a fountain and a small dock and rowing boat. At the back of the property is 4 acres of spacious open field with a separate gravel driveway access.
