About the Space
Great big Parlor Apartment in Brooklyn Heights for Green Room or HMU or photo studio or location for video, film or TV. Beautiful wood paneling and huge ceilings and lots of windows. Floors are also gorgeous. 3 great fireplaces and amazing Brooklyn Heights Front Stairs Stoop as well as rear garden stairs. There is an additional space in the building for a changing room and an extra bathroom (extra fee).

We had a great experience shooting in this space. Communication with the host was easy and seamless throughout the process. The apartment is beautiful, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a versatile layout that worked perfectly for our production. The small backyard was also a wonderful bonus and provided an additional shooting area with great character. Highly recommend this location and would happily book again!
