About the Space

A bright, open 1,300 sq ft wellness studio with high 20ft ceilings, dark wood-look floors, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Built for movement, workshops, and creative work, the space comfortably holds up to 30 people for yoga, pilates, or events and flexes easily for talks, classes, and shoots. What works well here The space is set up for anything calm, intentional, or creative. Most of our regular use is wellness and movement, but the layout flexes for a range of formats. Common fits: Yoga, pilates, and barre classes Breathwork, sound healing, and meditation Dance, stretch, and small-group movement Workshops, retreats, and team offsites Wellness events and community gatherings Photo and video shoots: lifestyle, fitness, brand content, podcast Any aligned fitness or wellness concept looking for a well-kept space without committing to a long-term lease Layout One open main floor, clear, flexible, and easy to set up however you need. Mats in rows for a class, circle setup for group work, or fully cleared for dance, movement, or shoots. A small lounge area in the front with a small couch, side table, and plants. Cubby storage at the front for shoes and bags. Bathroom on site. The front of the studio is tall and large glass — great natural light during the day and a clean street-view backdrop for content. Weekends are reserved for our own programming. Setup, teardown, and cleanup happen within your booked window, please plan accordingly. House rules: no catered food, no alcohol, no smoking. Quiet, calm environment. Music is welcome at reasonable levels. One interior security camera on premises for safety. No on-site Wi-Fi available, please plan if your booking requires connectivity.
