About the Space
Ranch style house built in 1958, and completely remodeled in 2021. This bright and open floor plan has vaulted ceilings with dramatic black beams. Every inch of this home has been updated and styled as a modern luxury showpiece. With 10ft accordion style patio doors, you can have true indoor/outdoor accessibility, with even more natural light spilling into the house. The striking kitchen sprawls across 22 ft and the massive island is 12 ft long, with tons of space for cooking and product shots. All kitchen appliances are brand new and state of the art. The office space has a custom-built peninsula style double desk, with gorgeous built-in shelves, accent lighting. Best of all, the contemporary 12ft sliding glass doors offer a convenient option for private calls or meetings. The backyard has a mid-century style pool with and a sizable patio space. We absolutely loved the house! The location had super convenient loading and unloading for our equipment, which was a huge plus. The space itself is gorgeous — spacious, clean, many decor details and really photogenic. Everything was just as described, and even better in person. The pool area felt like we were transported to Palm Springs — bright, stylish, and bursting with that retro-chic desert vibe. Ricky host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great experience shooting here and would absolutely book it again!
