This space is perfect for content creation, ~lifestyle shoots, ~Photography/Videography - Environmental, ~editorial photography and content curation ~Workshops ~e-commerce ~Client meetings ~Small private business events - Events are welcome, but must discussed and approved in advance - A custom rate may apply depending on the type and size of the event Rules & others -The house cannot be used to photograph and film pornography, violence, racism, or any content that we believe will discriminate against and/or harass others on the basis of race, gender, disability and age. ~all activity must be contained within the floor shown on pictures, No activity permitted into the other floors. ~No smoking/vaping, glitter/confetti, body butter/oils, pets, markers, or loud music. ~No shoes inside the space ~Treat as your own home. Respect the space and the neighbors. ~Leave the space as found or you will be fined with a cleaning fee. ~If there are damages to the walls, fixtures, furniture, or the floor you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or a replacement of the item. Thank you for understanding. ~Food and beverages to be kept only in the kitchen area. -Throw the garbage bag into the dumpster located in the parking. ~Be 100% responsible for your own safety and safety of others.
