Located in the beach community of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, our home sits atop a hill with ocean views from the back deck and living space. The exterior of the home is a modern white stucco with black windows and four 12-foot sliding doors, and wood decking surrounding the majority of the house. (Note: the primary outdoor space is the wood deck). You’ll enter onto the main level through a large glass front door into an open-concept living room. The kitchen is striking, with Euro-style white oak cabinets, and Carrara marble countertops. The ceilings are beamed and vaulted, only adding to the architecture and light of this home. Two large twelve-foot sliding doors open onto an expansive deck which displays a beautiful ocean view, and lush tropical trees behind.
