Located in the beach community of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, our home sits atop a hill with ocean views from the back deck and living space. This light-filled home is the perfect canvas for most shoots or events. You’ll find high-end furniture in neutral tones, white oak cabinets and floors, and quality and consistent finishes throughout. The exterior of the home is a modern white stucco with black windows and four 12-foot sliding doors, and wood decking surrounding the majority of the house. (Note: the primary outdoor space is the wood deck). You’ll enter onto the main level through a large glass front door into an open-concept living room. The kitchen is striking, with Euro-style white oak cabinets, and Carrara marble countertops. The ceilings are beamed and vaulted, only adding to the architecture and light of this home. Two large twelve-foot sliding doors open onto an expansive deck which displays a beautiful ocean view, and lush tropical trees behind. The deck is complete with dining table, as well as lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. Down the main hallway you’ll find an office with double glass iron doors and a built-in desk, and skylight. The other three bedrooms are all spacious and light-filled, with neutral and minimal decor. The main hall bath features white stacked subway tile, marble counters, and striking brass fixtures. In addition, there is a small powder bath and laundry room in the main hallway as well. Down the stairs you will find an expansive 1000-square foot bonus area with concrete floors, also light-filled. There are two glass garage doors which open up onto the driveway, as well as two more twelve-foot sliding doors that open onto the back patio. On this level you’ll also find a living room space with sectional and rug.
