I hosted a catered birthday party for 25 people and the space was perfect. Elena was such a helpful host who answered all of my questions in a timely manner! The house itself was clean and accommodating, with plenty of space to hold food and drinks. The backyard is very large and spacious and the perfect place for guests to spill out to if inside got crowded. I would 100% recommend this place to hold a house party for 20-30 people!

Everything looked exactly as advertised and worked wonderfully for my session. Elena was also fantastic to work with. She was kind, attentive, and responded very quickly to any questions I had, which made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommended.

This place was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect for lifestyle/brand shoots. Unfortunately, we booked it on a cloudy day, my photographer had to use flash. But, I would definitely book again. The host was very helpful and prompt with the communication.
