About the Space

Formerly a car dealership, the showroom (Taproom/Cafe) features large windows, high ceilings with an indoor balcony to the 2nd floor offices, lots of plants and a small retail shop just off the entry. The brewing space is located in the garage portion of the building with 5 large, windowed garage doors accessing a long, narrow area holding the fermenters and storage. The wash bay has been converted into the brewhouse with 2 garage doors, the milling, mash and kettle systems. 150' of frontage for our south facing beer garden/patio features casual seating and 2 food trucks plus a converted shipping container seafood bar. Parking on site is limited, but can accommodate 16-25 cars and/or a mix of med sized trailers and smaller vehicles. Our connected, adjacent lot can be requested for larger vehicle access. We prefer to provide custom rates as each project has different requirements. Depending on the space and setting needed, day and time of day, we can offer exclusive or non-exclusive use of some or all of the building and property.
