Kitchen is modern with high-end appliances that are an ideal space for entertaining. 3. Extra large living room with large Pottery Barn sectional sofa is styled with a fireplace, built-in cabinetry, reading nook, skylights, and 12' La Cantina doors that open to the covered outdoor living space. 4. Outdoor space is covered with lounge furniture, a large yard, and a children's play loft/treehouse. Light French Oak floors flow throughout the entire living space unless covered by rugs. The Master bath is also available if needed and perfect for photo shoots with a large shower and standalone tub. The home has multiple changing rooms and a full-length mirror. An addition was completed in 2016 that added over 1200 sq ft.
